About Jai Tomlin:

Dr. Jai Tomlin is a chiropractic and functional medicine physician and is on faculty at the Process Work Institute of Portland. She has two health clinics on the coast of Oregon and has been a chiropractor for over 30 years.  She is a facilitator, coach and consultant. As a coach, she is called to assist and inspire people to reach their health and wellness goals, both personally and professionally.  As a facilitator and consultant, she helps individuals, teams and organizations to develop leadership skills, embrace change, and transform conflict.

Jai is a Diplomate of the Process Work Institute of Portland and a member of IAPOP, the International Association of Process Orientated Psychology. She is also a graduate of the Global Coaching Institute and a certified coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).  Her skills include facilitation of physical and mental health, leadership and community building, and she has organized conferences and programs for professionals in these fields.

Some of her passions include, raising awareness about racism and climate change and empowering people in their own unique leadership style.

Services:

Jai provides individual or group sessions in person, or over Skype or Zoom by appointment. She has a team of co-facilitators and coaches as resources that she co-partners with for various projects.

Brian Kahn

Brian Kahn has 30 years experience in small, mid, and large size companies.

His career has been roughly equal parts of consulting (with a focus on information security), management of technical systems, and analysis of business practices. In example, while part of the Acquisitions and Mergers team at Hewlett Packard, he combined an ISO standard business model with several days of staff interviews to help create smooth integration of smaller companies.

He is currently working part time as a Research Assistant at a NOAA acoustics lab in beautiful Newport, Oregon.

Kas Robinson, Ph. D.

Kas is originally from New Zealand and lived in Australia for 11 years. She is a certified Process Worker and Coach and has been a faculty member at the Process Work Institute since 2007.  She has experience in wellness, recovery, facilitation and leadership. She focuses on personal growth,  professional development, teamwork,  body symptoms, creativity, relationship issues, and the empowerment of marginal experiences.  Kas loves process work’s deep respect for the diversity of human nature and diving into the mysteries and challenges of life. She practices improvisational theatre and is inspired by the calm and wild rhythms of nature.
